gerryweir Apparel was created in the early 90's. The sole intention was to dress our clientele with simple but classic apparel which was high quality yet affordable. gerryweir started off creating fashion only for custom orders. As we developed a larger clientele, gerryweir saw it necessary to go public with our fashion line. gerryweir designs sportswear for universities, colleges, schools and fashion shops.
gerryweir philosophy is that everyone deserves to look good. Our philosophy drives our designs and as a result we strive to bring classic style to the public at an affordable price. Colleges, Universities and schools in Canada have been playing second best to their counterparts south of the border. gerryweir has developed apparel that will represent each individuals style and class to a level that will be well respected anywhere in the world.
gerryweir economic ideology is to "Help your people". No matter where you come from we believe it is everyone's obligation to support the community they came from. Our economics drive or production. As a result our production partners are Canadian based. We use factories that are locally based for all our production. We believe in giving our business to our people even if the cost of production is a little bit more than that of the Far East. We hope this philosophy grows on other businesses!
